COMPLETE SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Mini DB Basketball (Ages 3-5)
Our youngest athletes learn fundamental movement skills and build overall motor skills in a fun, engaging environment designed for their developmental stage. Sessions focus on basic coordination, introduction to ball handling, spatial awareness, and developing a love for the game. Small group sizes and positive reinforcement create confident young athletes ready to advance. Participation at least once per week recommended.
Beginners Basketball
Athletes learn basketball fundamentals alongside others starting at the same level. Emphasis on proper shooting form, passing techniques, dribbling with both hands, footwork fundamentals, and basic rules of the game. Perfect for players new to basketball or those building their foundational skills. Our patient, experienced coaches ensure every athlete develops confidence and competence. Participation of at least two times per week recommended.
Intermediate Basketball
Athletes develop individual skills and begin learning how to finish through contact, proper footwork to attack the basket, and various techniques to get to the rim. Training includes game-like competition preparation, team-oriented skills, and more advanced offensive and defensive concepts. Players start to understand their strengths and develop their basketball identity. Participation of at least three times per week recommended.
Advanced Basketball
Athletes learn college and pro-level moves, advanced footwork, and sophisticated techniques to attack the basket and dominate defenders. Players begin to create their own style of play, master multiple finishing options, and learn all available scoring opportunities on the court. Training includes film study concepts, position-specific skills, and preparation for high school and college-level competition. Participation of 3-4 times per week recommended.
Elite Basketball
Our most advanced program focuses on creating with the basketball in 1-on-1 situations with multiple finishing options around the rim. Sessions are uniquely designed through research from elite players and trainers worldwide, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and advanced skill combinations. Athletes perfect their craft, develop signature moves, and prepare for the highest levels of competition. Participation of 1-2 times per week recommended as complement to team training.

Group Sessions
Sessions are available to ALL athletes and are grouped by skill level (not age) from beginner to elite. Maximum of 10 athletes per session
1-on-1 Session
Maximum personalized attention with customized skill development tailored to your specific needs and goals. Work directly with our expert trainers to address weaknesses, refine strengths, and accelerate your development with individualized instruction and immediate feedback.
Duo Sessions
Train alongside a partner for focused skill work with personalized coaching. Perfect for teammates, siblings, or training partners who want individualized attention while maintaining the competitive environment of working with a peer.
Shot Dr. Session
Specialized shooting development program focusing on elite shooting technique, mechanics, and consistency. From form correction to advanced shot creation, this program transforms shooters at every level through detailed technical instruction and repetition-based training.
Private Session
Private Group Sessions are limited to no more than 4 athletes per session. These sessions are only available to intermediate and advanced athletes. The training structure is similar to our regular group classes, but with a smaller group size to allow for more individual attention, higher intensity, and advanced skill work
Team Training
Comprehensive team development for groups of 7+ athletes. Perfect for AAU teams, travel ball programs, and competitive teams seeking cohesive skill development, team chemistry building, and collective improvement. Our trainers understand team dynamics and create sessions that elevate the entire group.
