Beginners Performance
Builds essential motor skills and coordination to develop speed and agility fundamentals. Athletes learn proper running form, basic lateral movement patterns, balance exercises, and foundational explosion development. Perfect for young athletes building their athletic foundation or athletes new to structured performance training. Sessions focus on movement quality, body awareness, and creating positive training habits. Participation of 1 time per week recommended.
Intermediate Performance
Maximize speed and agility development by focusing on vertical jump training, advanced lateral movement, core strength, and flexibility with resistance bands and resistance equipment. Performance cardio protocols, agility drills, and sport-specific techniques are introduced every session to focus on overall athleticism. Athletes begin incorporating more dynamic movements, higher intensity training, and progressive overload principles. Participation of 2 times per week recommended.
Advanced Performance
Perfect overall speed and agility while focusing on strength development with added weights, power movements, Olympic lift variations, and advanced training technology to optimize maximal performance output. Innovative techniques and cutting-edge methodologies are applied to make each athlete reach their highest athletic potential. Customized training protocols track progress and ensure measurable growth in all athletic categories. Athletes train with the same intensity and techniques used at collegiate and professional levels. Participation of 3-4 times per week recommended.
